DIGITAL TEMPERATURE DATA LOGGER WITH EGG SHAPE
The Escort Junior Egg is a self-powered temperature data logger. They were developed to measure egg temperature in cartons during transportation and storage or during the incubation process. The temperature sensor is situated in the centre of the logger to simulate the response time of an actual egg. It has an excelent resolution of 0,3ºC and an internal memory that logs up to 16000 readings, with sample rate from 5 seg up to 255 minutes. To program and download the Escort Junior Egg a software and a comunication cable are required.
