3 points temperature sensor for concrete maturity evaluation

The concrete temperature sensor - CTS100 - was designed to be placed inside the concrete to monitor the temperature history of the curing process. Using the temperature history the maturity and strength development of the concrete can be evaluated.

The CTS100 measures temperature in three distinct locations (bottom, top and centre) with a sample rate selected by the user between 1 and 255 minutes.
The sensor it’s a robust and autonomous device with memory capacity to store 2048 reading, resolution of 0,5ºC and error better than ±1ºC.

The communication with the sensor is made through 2 wires, whose ends are accessible in the outside of the concrete allowing the electric contact with the sensor for programming and downloading the log data.

To program the sensor, download and analyse data the ExpressThermo Professional software and comunication cable are required.
